Description: Service Canine Companion

MAKOR K-9 is proud to offer, on an exclusive basis, Service Canine Companion (SCC) training and title. The certified Service Canine Companion dog course is a modified version of our standard patrol K-9 training course. This course was specifically designed for medical and hospital facilities where security for patients and staff is at issue.

MAKOR K-9 designed this course to specially address the needs and situations in those enforcement settings where the ordinary deployment and use of a patrol dog may be impracticable. The Service Canine Companion dog team is also intended to be able to interact with patients of all ages for “animal therapy” benefits. Also, if requested, dual purpose training in the areas of explosives or narcotics is available.
